The user community has played an extremely active role in the products evolution. Every user is a member of the quest community and product requests are treated as welcome product enhancements and not costly user customizations.

Change requests are categorized as either Public or Private. Public changes are normally without charge to the client and are seen as benefiting the entire Quest community. Private changes are chargeable and can be restricted to your site only. Private changes are typically company specific data capture or management report customizations that you may not want competing agencies to benefit from.
Generally a Quest update is published once per month and the release notes detail the recent improvements. These updates are included within the standard subscription fee.
