Quest Overview

In 1999, Quest was born from a research and development project with a leading London based search and selection agency employing 20+ highly experienced consultants. Every aspect of the agency's workflow was analysed and reviewed against existing recruitment software capabilities for strengths and weaknesses. Then each individual requirement was mapped to a Quest function. This led Quest to focus heavily on PSA (Professional Services Automation) and how it can benefit the recruitment software sector.

The result was Quest ExecutiveSearchWare, a high performance software suite designed specifically for the executive search market and covering all aspects of the search and selection process.
